We discuss some of the images that linger with us from the Good Friday story in Matthew 27, like the 30 pieces of silver that paid off Judas, and why he really betrayed Jesus; how effective washing your hands of an outcome is or is not (the answer may surprise you!); what/who we give credence and sovereignty in our lives; and what it means to love a God that is beyond our ken or control….
