Episode 77: Ubuntu

Why do we react so strongly to opinions or facts that contradict our worldview? With a little help from science, psychology, and spirituality, we can address and even abate our own reactivity that amplifies anxiety and conflict. Kris suggests we practice intentional gratitude and encouragement for one another as a way of creating communities of peace and joy, based in Paul’s similar advice in Philippians 4:1-9.
